Construct New Gaming Lab

Project Description:  TMG Services, Inc. was contracted by the United States Department of the Army, Headquarters, U.S. Army Garrison for a design-build project to house the Governments new Gaming Lab.  The building and associated Gaming Lab is a prevalent training tool for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS).

New Gaming Lab work included:

1.  A&E design services (pre-final and final drawings)
2.  Demolition of an approximatly 1,200 S.F. building.
3.  Erosion control, earthwork, and utility placements
4.  Preparation of foundation and concrete slab
5.  Termite treatment
6.  Concrete forming, steel placement, and finishing
7.  Erection of a 1.982 S.F. pre-engineered metal building
8.  Rough framing (perimeter and interior walls)
9.  Installation of building insulation
10.  Installation of Gypsum wallboard assemblies
11.  Installation of interior/exterior metal doors and frames with related   hardware
12.  Interior painting
13.  Acoustical ceilings
14.  Accordion partitions with doors
15.  Resilient flooring
16.  Plumbing
17.  HVAC System
18.  Electrical/fire alarm/communication system installation
19.  Installation of exterior signage
20.  Installation of exterior canopies

Project Benefits:  This project provided a new location for the Governmentsl Gaming Lab.  The interior partitions installed by TMG allow for up to four seperate classes to operate simultaneously.
